    背景信息 Netrin-G1 ligand (NGL-1) is also called Leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 4C. NGL-1 is involved in the regulation of axongenesis, and is thought to promote the neurite outgrowth of developing thalamic neurons. NGL-1 is highly expressed in the frontal, parietal and occipital lobes of the cerebral cortex while only moderate expression is seen in putamen, amygdala, hippocampus and medulla oblongata.
