    背景信息 Transmembrane AMPAR regulatory protein gamma-2/4/8 (TARPGamma 2/4/8) is also called Voltage-dependent calcium channel gamma-2/4/8 subunit and Neuronal voltage-gated calcium channel gamma-2/4/8 subunit (CACNG2/4/8). TARPGamma 2/4/8 regulates the trafficking and gating properties of AMPA- selective glutamate receptors (AMPARs). TARPGamma 2/4/8 promotes their targeting to the cell membrane and synapses and modulates their gating properties by slowing their rates of activation, deactivation and desensitization and by mediating their resensitization. TARPGamma 2/4/8 is thought to stabilize the calcium channel in an inactivated or closed state.
