    背景信息 Sulfonylurea receptor 2 (SUR2) is also called ATP-binding cassette sub-family C member 9 (ABCC9). SUR2 is a subunit of ATP-sensitive potassium channels (KATP) and is required for activation and regulation of the cardiac and smooth muscle-type KATP channels it forms with KCNJ11. Multiple isoforms of SUR2 are found, with SUR2A and SUR2B in cerebellum, eye, atrium, ventricle, urinary bladder and skeletal muscle. Isoform SUR2B is also found in forebrain, liver, lung, pancreas, kidney, spleen, stomach, small intestine, colon, uterus, ovary and fat tissue. Isoform SUR2C is expressed exclusively in the heart.
