背景信息 Arf-GAP with Rho-GAP domain, ANK repeat and PH domain-containing protein 3 (ARAP3) is a ubiquitous GTPase activating protein (GAP). ARAP3 is activated by either phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate or phosphatidylinositol 3,4-bisphosphate.
