背景信息	Myosin-11, also known as Myosin heavy chain 11 or Myosin heavy chain, smooth muscle isoform or SMMHC, and encoded by the gene name MYH11, is a hexameric protein that consists of 2 heavy chain subunits, 2 alkali light chain subunits, and 2 regulatory light chain subunits. MYH11 converts chemical energy into mechanical energy through the hydrolysis of ATP. MYH11 is expressed in the umbilical artery, bladder, esophagus and trachea. Isoform 1 is mostly found in slowly contracting tonic muscles. Mutations in MYH11 have been associated with acute myeloid leukemia and familial aortic aneurysm thoracic type 4.
