    背景信息 CD2, also known as T-cell surface antigen CD2/Lymphocyte antigen 37/ Ly-37, primarily binds CD58 on antigen-presenting cells and induces costimulatory signals in T cells (Kato, 2002). CD2 interacts with lymphocyte function-associated antigen (LFA-3) and CD48/BCM1 to mediate adhesion between T-cells and other cell types. Additionally, CD2 has been shown to interact with CD2AP and PSTPIP1. Some B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas show aberrant expression of CD2. CD2 is implicated in the triggering of T-cells, the cytoplasmic domain is implicated in the signaling function. CD2 is one of the earliest T-cell lineage-restricted antigens to appear during T-cell differentiation, and it is expressed on most thymocytes, peripheral T cells and NK cells. This may represent clonal expansion of CD2+ B lymphocytes that normally constitute a small fraction of peripheral B lymphocytes (Kaleem, 2001). Additionally, aberrant CD2 expression has been found in some acute myeloid leukaemias almost exclusively restricted to the M3 and M4Eo variants (Thalhammer-Scherrer, 2002).
