背景信息 Ubiquitin-specific protease 9, X chromosome (USP9X) is also called Probable ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase FAF-X, Deubiquitinating enzyme FAF-X, Fat facets in mammals (hFAM), Fat facets protein-related, X-linked, Ubiquitin thioesterase FAF-X, and Ubiquitin-specific-processing protease FAF-X. USPX9 is a deubiquitinase involved both in the processing of ubiquitin precursors and of ubiquitinated proteins. USPX9 is essential to the TGF-beta/BMP signaling pathway, regulates chromosome alignment and segregation in mitosis, hydrolyzes both 'Lys-29'- and 'Lys-33'-linked polyubiquitins chains, deubiquitinates monoubiquitinated SMAD4 and may be an important regulator of protein turnover. 产品信息 格式 Purified 控制 - Hek293 cell lysate
