    背景信息 RBBP4 is a core histone-binding subunit that may direct histone deactetylases, chromatin assembly, and chromatin remodeling factors to their histone substrates. RBBP4 is a member of several chromatin and transcription regulating complexes including chromatin assembly factor 1 (CAF-1), histone deacetylase (HDAC) complex; nucleosome remodeling and histone deacetylase (NuRD) complex, PRC2/EED-EZH2 complex, and the nucleosome remodeling factor (NURF) complex.
