背景信息 Chromodomain helicase DNA-binding protein 5 (CHD5) is a novel ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling factor. In normal cells CHD5 plays a role in apoptosis, cell proliferation, and aging, through modulation of the p19(Arf)/p53 pathway. However, CHD5 is downregulated in various cancer cell lines, possibly due to hypermethylation of the CHD5 promoter and miRNA-211 activity, indicating that it may also play a critical role as a tumor suppressor. 产品信息 格式 Purified 控制 - HeLa cell lysate
