背景信息 Cell division control protein 45 homolog, also known as PORC-PI-1, and encoded by the gene names CDC45L or CDC45 or CDC45L2, is a member of the CDC45 family playing an important role in the initiation of DNA replication and genetically interacts with MCM family members. It is widely expressed with highest levels found in adult testis and thymus and in fetal liver. CDC45 is the first gene missed in DiGeorge syndrome suggesting involvement in cell proliferation.
