    背景信息 OTU domain-containing protein 7B (OTUD7B) is also called Cellular zinc finger anti-NF-kappa-B protein, Zinc finger A20 domain-containing protein 1 and Zinc finger protein Cezanne. OTUD7B negatively regulates the NF-kappa-B pathway and mucosal immunity against infections, as well as mediates EGFR deubiquitination. OTUD7B shows deubiquitinating activity for 'Lys-11', 'Lys-48' or 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitin chains. OTUD7B is widely expressed, but is especially abundant in kidney, heart and fetal liver. OTUD7B is also differentially expressed in B-cells during distinct developmental stages, with higher expression levels found in primary immature B-cells as compared to mature cells.
