背景信息	Phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate-dependent Rac exchanger 1protein (P-Rex1) is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor, which is predominantly expressed in the brain and leucocytes. It exchanges GDP for GTP in Rac 1, resulting in activation of Rac and its downstream signaling molecules that mediate such cellular processes as axon migration and differentiation.
