背景信息 Synaptophysin is a protein of the presynaptic vesicle exocytosis machinery interacting at the vesicle with VAMP/synaptobrevin. Synaptophysin structure consists of a hexameric protein of four transmembrane spans with cytoplasmic amino and carboxyl termini.
