描述 Anti-Somatostatin Antibody, clone YC7 背景信息 Somatostatin (also known as growth hormone inhibiting hormone (GHIH) or somatotropin release-inhibiting factor (SRIF) has two active forms, 14 amino acids and 28 amino acids, which are produced by alternate cleavage of the single preproprotein. Somatostatin is expressed widely and acts to inhibit the release of several secondary hormones by binding to high-affinity G-protein coupled somatostatin receptors.
