应用说明 Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:400 on 10 μm cryostat sections of rat and guinea-pig brain stem using fluorescently labled secondary antibodies for detection (Cuello, 1984; MacMillan and Cuello, 1986).
Immunocytochemistry: 1:300 on primary cultures of rat striatal and hippocampal neurons using a Cy2 or Cy3 conjugated secondary antibody for detection (Saudou, 1998).
