Pretreatment: Heat Induced Epitope Retrieval (HIER). Recommend EDTA, pH 8.0 (Cat. No. 21546). No signal was detected without Epitope retrieval.
Incubation: 10 minutes with IHC Select® Detection Kits.
CD8 has been prediluted for use as the primary antibody with Chemicon's IHC Select® Detection Kits and Protocols (Catalog Nos. DAB050, DET-HP1000, APR050, and DET-APR1000), but other supplier's IHC detection systems may be used.生物信息 免疫原品种 A 13 amino acid synthetic peptide from the C-terminal cytoplasmic domain of the alpha chain of human CD8 molecule. 克隆 C8/144B 宿主 Mouse 特异性 CD8 molecule consists of two chains, termed alpha and beta chain, which are expressed as a disulfide-linked alpha/beta heterodimer or as an alpha/alpha homodimer on T cell subset (cytotoxic/suppressor T cells), thymocytes and NK cells. The majority of CD8+ T cells express CD8 as an alpha/beta heterodimer. CD8 functions as a co-receptor in concert with TCR for binding nonpolymorphic regions of products of the Major Histocompatability Class I/peptide complex and has been implicated in regulation of T-cell growth. CD4 and CD8 staining are indicative of T-cell neoplasms. CD4 and CD8 are also used to differentiate between mycosis fungoides and cutaneous inflammatory process. Entrez基因汇总 The CD8 antigen is a cell surface glycoprotein found on most cytotoxic T lymphocytes that mediates efficient cell-cell interactions within the immune system. The CD8 antigen, acting as a coreceptor, and the T-cell receptor on the T lymphocyte recognize antigen displayed by an antigen presenting cell (APC) in the context of class I MHC molecules. The functional coreceptor is either a homodimer composed of two alpha chains, or a heterodimer composed of one alpha and one beta chain. Both alpha and beta chains share significant homology to immunoglobulin variable light chains. This gene encodes the CD8 alpha chain isoforms.
