    概述 The MILLIPLEX® MAP Human Neurological Disorders Magnetic Bead Panel 2, coupled with the Luminex® xMAP® platform in a magnetic bead format, enables you to focus on discovery so you receive the advantage of ideal speed and sensitivity, allowing quantitative multiplex detection of dozens of analytes simultaneously, dramatically improving productivity.
    背景信息 Acute phase proteins (APPs) are proteins that generally have a non-specific rapid response to inflammation (infections, autoimmune diseases, etc.) or tissue damage (trauma, surgery, myocardial infarction or tumors). Some proteins, such as those in this panel, will increase in response to an acute phase reaction and are known as positive acute phase proteins. Changes in some of these inflammatory biomarker levels are implicated directly or indirectly in the pathogenesis of numerous neurological diseases, including Alzheimer’s disease, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), Huntington’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Prion disease, etc. The MILLIPLEX® MAP Human Neurological Disorders Magnetic Bead Panel 2 is to be used for the simultaneous quantification of the following 4 analytes in any combination in human serum, plasma and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF):

    • AGP (α-1-Acid Glycoprotein)
    • CP (Ceruloplasmin)
    • HP (Haptoglobin)
    • SAP (Serum Amyloid P component)
