背景信息 Left-right determination factor 1 (LEFTY1) also known as LEFTYB, collaborates with other members of the TGFβ (Transforming Growth Factor) family to establish a left-right axis that dictates the asymmetrical distribution of internal organs during vertebrate embryogenesis.
