    概述 Nerve growth factor-beta (beta-NGF) is a potent neurotrophic factor which supports the growth and survivability of nerve and/or glial cells. The active form of human beta-NGF is is a noncovalently disulfide-linked homodimer, formed by two 13.5 kDa polypeptide monomers (238 total amino acids). The three disulfide bonds are required for biological activity.

    存储条件 The lyophilized powder, though stable at room temperature, is best stored at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. This solution can be diluted into water or buffered solutions and stored at 2-8ºC for one week or at -20ºC for future use. Reconstituted beta-NGF should be stored in undiluted aliquots at -20°C for up to six months.
