背景信息 GATE-16 (also known as Golgi-associated ATPase Enhancer of 16 kDa, Gamma-aminobutyric acid receptor-associated protein-like 2 or GABARAPL2) is the mammalian homologue of Apg8 ubiquitin-like protein which plays a role in autophagy. GATE-16 has also been associated with intra-Golgi transport and receptor organization.
