可用的分析物 品种反应性 主要应用 IL-17F M ELISA 描述 产品目录编号 EZMIL17F 描述 Mouse IL-17F ELISA Kit 背景信息 IL-17F is a member of the IL-17 cytokine family which consists of at least seven structurally related proteins (IL-17A, B, C, D, E, F, and A/F). IL-17F homodimer adopts a cystine knot motif formed through the interactions of four cysteines, one of which is responsible for inter-chain bonding. IL-17F is most closely related to IL-17A, sharing 50% amino acid sequence homology. IL-17F is expressed in activated Th17 cells, along with IL-17A homodimers and IL-17A/F heterodimers. It is also expressed in activated monocytes. IL-17F has been shown to inhibit endothelial cell angiogenesis and induce increased production of IL-2, TGF-b, and MCP-1, playing a critical role in the regulation of inflammatory reactions.
The Mouse IL-17F ELISA kit is a Sandwich Enzyme- Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) with a 96-well strip plate that is pre-coated with a capture antibody.
This kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantification of mouse IL-17F from cell culture supernatant, serum, plasma and other biological fluids. This kit is analytically validated with ready-to-use reagents.产品信息 精度（%） - Inter-assay: <15 %

生物信息 特异性 The antibody pair used in this kit showed 2% cross reactivity when tested against mouse IL-17A/F at a concentration of 5 ng/mL. Rat IL-17F showed 1% cross-reactivity at a concentration of 10 ng/ mL.
No cross-reactivity was observed when this kit was used to analyze the following recombinant cytokines/chemokines at up to 50 ng/mL:
Human: IL-1a, IL-1b, IL-2, IL-6, IL-8, IL-13, IL-15, IL-17A, IL-17E, IL-17F, IL-22, IL-32a, IL-33, FGF-basic, IFN-g, TNF-a, TSLP
Mouse: IL-1a, IL-1b, IL-2, IL-3, IL-10, IL-13, IL-17A, IL-17B, IL-17E, IL-22, IL-33, FGF-basic, GM-CSF, IFN-g, MCP-1, SCF, TNF-a, TSLP
