应用说明 Immunofluorescence: acetone fixed tissue, 1:100-1:200. Other fixatives not tested.
FACS: 1:100 fresh or acetone fixed tissue; do not use trypsin to prepare adherent cells lines, use a non-ezymatic detactment procedure (e.g. EDTA + PBS).
Assessment of thymic epithelial culture contamination with fibroblasts.
Identification of cells of mesodermal origin in the fetus.
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.生物信息 免疫原品种 Whole human thymic stoma cells {Haynes, et al 1984}. 克隆 TE - 7 宿主 Mouse 特异性 The antibody reacts with fibroblasts in tissue as well as cultured fibroblasts. On skin sections the antibody reacts with stratum basal epidermal cells. The antigen defined by antibody TE-7 appears to be a marker for mesodermally dervied (mesenchymal) human connective tissue and tumors derived from such tissue (e.g. fibrosarcomas) {Haynes et al, 1984}.
