    应用说明 Research (cell biology, molecular biology, microbiology) since it reacts with any form of native and denatured DNA. Reliable positive control in immunofluoresence assays for detecting DNA antibodies on tissues of cultured cells, notably in the diagnosis of autoantibodies and autoimmune diseases.

    Sensitive detection of mycoplasma contamination in cell cultures.
    For frozen and paraffin tissue sections.

DNA-containing structures such as chromatin in diverse tissues from several species as well as in diverse cell lines such as XLKE-A6 (Xenopus), RVF-SMC (rat kangaroo) and HeLa (human) are also recognized.
