描述 Midkine, recombinant human 概述 Human Midkine (MK) is a new member of the heparin-binding neurotrophic factor family. MK and PTN (Pleiotrophin) are structural homologs, and are highly conserved among species. MK plays important roles in development and carcinogensis and has several important biological effects, including promotion of neurite extension and neuronal survival. 储存和货运信息 存储条件 The lyophilized powder, though stable at room temperature, is best stored desiccated below 0°C. After a quick spin, reconstitute with sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.
