背景信息 The protein Liprin-alpha-1 or alternatively LAR-interacting protein 1 (LIP-1), or Protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type f polypeptide-interacting protein alpha-1 (PTPRF-interacting protein alpha-1) and encoded by the human gene PPFIA1 or LIP1. PPFIA1 binds the tyrosine phosphatase LAR membrane receptors, which are membrane receptor enzymes known to be important in axon guidance and mammary gland development. PPFIA1 also binds alpha and beta liprin receptors and interacts with several other proteins localized in the focal adhesion zones including PTPRD, PTPRF, and PTPRS, which are all members of the protein tyrosine phosphatase family. PPFIA1 is expressed in the cytoplasm and contact regions of a variety of cell types. 储存和货运信息 存储条件 Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt.
Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.
