背景信息 TRAF-binding domain-containing protein (TRABID) is also known as Ubiquitin thioesterase ZRANB1 and Zinc finger Ran-binding domain-containing protein 1. TRABID specifically hydrolyzes 'Lys-29'-linked and 'Lys-33'-linked diubiquitin, as well as'Lys-63'-linked chains, but with less efficiency.
