背景信息	Neuronal acetylcholine receptor subunit alpha-3 (CHRNA3), is neuronal type nAChR subunit and member of the ligand-gated ion channel (TC 1.A.9) family. CHRNA3 plays an important role in calcium regulation, neuronal development, and cognitive functions. Mutations in CHRNA3 have been associated with lung cancer.
