背景信息	Beta-hexosaminidase subunit beta (HEXB) is a member of the glycosyl hydrolase 20 family. It is responsible for the degradation of GM2 gangliosides and has a variety of other molecules containing terminal N-acetyl hexosamines in the brain and other tissues. Mutations in HEXB have been associated with Sandhoff disease.

Note: Variability in freezer temperatures below -20°C may cause glycerol containing solutions to become frozen during storage.
