背景信息 Probable ATP-dependent RNA helicase DHX58 (LGP2), also known as RIG-I-like receptor 3 (RLR-3), is a member of the helicase family (RLR subfamily). LGP2 acts as a regulator of DDX58/RIG-I and IFIH1/MDA5 mediated antiviral signaling.
