背景信息 NALP12, also known as Monarch-1, is a member of the NLRP family. NALP proteins are cytoplasmic proteins that are thought to play an important role in cell proliferation and reproduction. NALP12 is suggested to reduce inflammation by suppressing inflammatory responses such as NF-κB activation by TLR-signaling molecules MyD88, IRAK-1, TRAF6 and RIPK1 in activated monocytes. Recent evidence also suggests that mutations in NALP12 result in hereditary periodic fever syndromes. Additionally, NALP12 is implied to mediate activation of CASP1 via ASC and promote activation of NF-kappa-B via IKK. NALP12 has a C-terminal leucine-rich repeat (LRR) region, an N-terminal Pyrin domain (PYD) followed by a NACHT domain, and a NACHT-associated domain. NALP12 is detected only in the peripheral blood leukocytes, predominantly in the eosinophils and the granulocytes, and at lower levels in monocytes. 产品信息 格式 Affinity Purified 控制 - Human brain tissue lysate
