背景信息 Cysteine and histidine-rich domain-containing protein 1, also known as CHORD domain-containing protein 1 (CHORD-containing protein 1 or CHP-1) or Protein morgana is a member of a highly conserved protein amily that contains the plant protein RAR1 and the mammalian protein melusin. CHORDC1 regulates centrosome duplication by possibly inhibiting the kinase activity of ROCK2.
