    背景信息 GABA(A) receptor-associated protein-like 1 (GABRAPL1) is a ubiquitin-like modifier with a ubiquitin-like fold that targets lipid membranes instead of proteins. GABA(A) receptor-associated protein-like 1 increases cell-surface expression of kappa-type opioid receptor through facilitating anterograde intracellular trafficking of the receptor. Studies implicate a relationship between the expression of GABA(A) protein-like 1 to cellular growth and breast adenocarcinoma and that level of GABRAPL1 mRNA expression in breast tumor may be a good indicator of the risk of recurrence.
