    描述 Anti-Dab1 phospho Tyrosine 198 Antibody
    背景信息 Dab1 is a 80 kDa protein that is encoded by the Disabled-1 gene locus which is mutated in scrambler and yotari mutant mice. Phenotypically mutatation of this gene produces motor defects and ataxia, disruption of neuronal migration, and severe cerebellar hypoplasia. Dab1 is an intracellular adapter protein that functions in downstream signaling events initiated by reelin. Dab1 phosphorylation at tyrosine 198 is a major site for reelin-induced Src family kinase-mediated phosphorylation in embryonic neurons.

    应用说明 Western blot: 1:1,000. For use in detecting endogenous Dab1 protein it is recommended that the Dab1 protein first be immunoprecipitated.



    Suggested blocking buffer is 5% BSA-TBST. Suggested blocking time is overnight at 2-8?C. Suggested antibody dilution buffer is 3% BSA-TBST. Suggested antibody incubation time is 2 hours at room temperature.

    Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
