应用说明	Western blot: 1-10 μg/mL using Chemiluminescence technique; COX-2 runs as a 68-72KDa protein in most cells, sometimes a 90kDa post-translationally modified form is seen as well. CaCo-2 line extracts (induced with serum or growth factors) are good positive controls. ELISA: 1:10,000 - 1:100,000 using 100 ng of immunogen peptide per well. Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.

特异性	Cyclooxygenase-2. Two isoforms of Prostaglandin H synthase are well characterized, namely COX1 and COX2. Both forms of COX proteins are membrane associated heme proteins containing cyclooxygenase and peroxidase activities. These enzymes are targets of NSAID (Non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) such as aspirin. COX2 is a 72 kDa protein having 60% homology to COX1. It is induced by cytokines and mitogens and likely plays a role in inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis.

For products with volumes of 200 μL or less, we recommend gently tapping the vial on a hard surface or briefly centrifuging the vial in a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container's cap.
