    背景信息 PARP, a 116 kDa poly ADP-ribose polymerase, is a conserved nuclear enzyme implicated in DNA repair and in the apoptosis response. This protein is one of the main in vivo cleavage targets of caspase-3. PARP is cleaved into two fragments: its N-terminal 24 kDa fragment, containing its DNA binding domain, and its C-terminal 89 kDa catalytic domain.
