    应用说明 Immunohistochemistry: 1:4,000-1:8,000 on human tissue with and without antigen retrieval (see protocol on back) and 1:1,000-1:2,000 on adult and fetal mouse lung (see notes on back).

    ELISA: 1:500-1:1,000

Pulmonary surfactant is a lipid-rich material that prevents lung collapse by lowering surface tension at the air-liquid interface in the alveoli of lung. SPB enhances the rate of spreading and increases the stability of surfactant monolayers in vitro. Surfactant is composed of phospholipids and other surfactant-associated proteins (Clark et al., 1995 [PubMed 7644495]). These disorders are associated with various pathologic entities, including pulmonary alveolar proteinosis (PAP), desquamative interstitial pneumonitis (DIP), or cellular non- specific interstitial pneumonitis (NSIP).
