应用说明	Immunohistochemistry on formalin fixed paraffin sections: 1:100 - 1:400. High temperature antigen retrieval in 10 mM citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is strongly recommended. Blocking with 2% normal serum plus 1% BSA in PBS is suggested. Primary antibody should be diluted in PBS with 0.1% BSA only. The use of Triton X-100 or excess blocking compounds is not recommended. Western Blot: antibody recognizes three bands migrating at approximately 198kDa, 94 kDa and 47 kDa corresponding to the long and short forms of the receptor plus a possible breakdown product, respectively. Variation in band position is expected due to significant variation in expression and glycosylation in various tissues and cell lines. Membrane extract preparations and the liberal use of proteinase inhibitors is strongly recommended. Immunocytochemistry: MCF7, SW480 and MDA-MB cell lines are positive controls. Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
