描述 概述 Native thermolysin from Bacillus thermoproteolyticus. Zinc metalloendoproteinase with specificity toward isoleucine, leucine, methionine and valine. Inhibitors include EDTA, 1,10-phenanthroline, phosphinates, and phosphoamidates. Not inhibited by aprotinin or other serine protease inhibitors.
