特殊指南 Following reconstitution, sterilize by filtration through a 0.22 µm pore-size filter, aliquot and freeze (-20°C). Stock solutions are stable for 1 month at -20°C. Agar plates are stable for 2 weeks at 4°C. Autoclaved media should be cooled to ≤55°C before adding tetracycline.
