概述	Recombinant, human neuregulin 1-β1/heregulin 1-β1 epidermal growth factor-like domain (NRG1-β1/HRG1-β1 EGF Domain), consisting of amino acids 176-246 and expressed in E. coli. All NRG1 isoforms contain an EGF-like domain that is required for binding directly to the ErbB3 or ErbB4 receptor tyrosine kinases.
