概述	Assay kit useful for the rapid quantitative measurement of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity. It is based on the conversion of radioactive L-arginine to L-citrulline by NOS. Radioactive citrulline is separated from unreacted arginine on a cation-exchange resin and quantitated. Note: It is necessary to check the radiopurity of ³H-arginine before proceeding to use the kit.
