经验配方 CAS号 C₁₁H₉NO₂ 6953-61-3 描述 概述 A cell-permeable aryl-hydroxamate compound that selectively inhibits the activity of HDAC8 (IC50 = 14 µM) over class I HDAC1 and class II HDAC6 (IC50 >100 µM) without affecting the overall H4 acetylation level in BE(2)-C cultures even at concentrations as high as 20 µM. HDAC8 downregulation by either Compound 2 (10 to 40 µM) or siRNA in neuroblastoma cultures is reported to result in growth inhibition accompanied by neurite-like morphological changes.
