背景信息 Histone H4 is one of the 5 main histone proteins involved in the structure of chromatin in eukaryotic cells. Featuring a main globular domain and a long N terminal tail H4 is involved with the structure of the nucleosomes of the 'beads on a string' structure. Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP) Analysis: 1 µg from a representative lot immunoprecipitated Acetyl-Histone H4 (Lys16) in 1 µL of HeLa cell lysate.
Dot Blot Analysis: A 1:5,000 dilution from a representative lot detected Acetyl-Histone H4 (Lys16) in an Absurance™ Histone H3 Antibody Specificity Array (Cat. No. 16-667) and an Absurance™ Histone H2A, H2B, H4 Antibody Specificity Array (Cat. No. 16-665).
