The immunizing peptide sequence shares 16/19 amino acids with rat JAK3, but contains an amino acid insertion, which may block cross-reactivity. The immunizing peptide shares 12/19 amino acids with human JAK3. 宿主 Rabbit 特异性 : Recognizes murine JAK3, Mr 125kDa and JAK3 degradation products, Mr 95-120kDa. The antiserum shows very poor immunoreactivity for human JAK3.
