背景信息 IL-20R alpha (interleukin-20 receptor alpha) is a subunit of several receptor dimers. The IL-20R alpha and beta dimer is a receptor for IL-20, IL-19 and IL-24. The IL-20R alpha and IL-10R beta dimer is a receptor for IL-26. IL-20 is a cytokine involved in the regulation of proliferation and differentiation of keratinocytes during inflammation, particularly in the skin. IL-20R is widely expressed with highest levels in the skin, testis and brain.
