背景信息 Casitas B-lineage lymphoma (Cbl), is an oncogene which causes pre B-cell lymphomas. It participates in the regulation of cell signaling and has the ability to interact with many proteins such as receptor/non-receptor PTK's, structural proteins, and novel proteins that are not well understood. Diseases associated with Cbl are autoimmune diseases, diabetes, and leukemia. By modifying Cbl's ability to bind to oncogenic proteins, Cbl may be developed into an anti-cancer tool and in the near future used in therapeutic intervention. 产品信息 格式 Purified 控制 - Included Positive Antigen Control: Catalog # 12-305, 3T3/A31 cell lysate. 5-10 μg/mL of a previous lot showed positive immunostaining for Cbl in 3T3/A31 cells fixed with ice cold Methanol/Ethanol [1:1] for 1 minute.

2 μg of a previous lot immunoprecipitated Cbl from 1 mg of a mouse 3T3/A31 cell RIPA lysate, as reported by an independent laboratory.
