背景信息	ErbB4/Her4 is a member of the ErbB receptor family of tyrosine kinases. It is largely expressed in many breast carcinoma cell lines; however, it is also found in normal skeletal muscle, heart, pituitary, brain, and cerebellum. This receptor is more specified than the others in this family because of its unique ability of the C-terminal to bind to a PDZ domain.
