描述 hEPM-2 Medium Kit 概述 hEPM-2 Medium is a low-serum medium developed for the expansion of specific human embryonic progenitor cells, including Millipore’s hEP line, 4SKEL20. The Medium consists of a 500 mL bottle of Basal Medium and a vial of Supplement Mix. The Supplemented Medium contains all the growth factors and supplements necessary for the optimal growth of 4SKEL20 cells. Each lot of Basal Medium is tested for sterility, pH and osmolality. 储存和货运信息 存储条件 Basal Medium should be stored at 2-8ºC in the dark. Do not freeze.
Supplement Mix should be stored at -20ºC.
Supplemented Medium is stable for up to 6 weeks at 2-8ºC. Do not freeze the supplemented medium. For use, aliquot and pre-warm the needed amount of medium, keeping the remaining medium refrigerated at 2-8ºC.
