应用说明	Instructions for Use Prepare Working Strength Stop/Wash Buffer by adding: 1 ml ApopTag® Stop/Wash Buffer 34 ml dH2O 35 ml Total This amount is sufficient to treat 5 slides in a coplin jar. Working Strength Stop/Wash Buffer may be prepared in advance and stored in a glass or plastic container at 4°C for up to one (1) year. Use a fresh aliquot for each experiment. Working Strength Stop/Wash Buffer is ready for use at the "APPLY STOP/WASH BUFFER" protocol step in The Complete ApopTag® Manual. NOTE: Agitate for 15 seconds and incubate for 10 min. at room temperature to avoid precipitation.

34 ml dH2O

35 ml Total

This amount is sufficient to treat 5 slides in a coplin jar. Working Strength Stop/Wash Buffer may be prepared in advance and stored in a glass or plastic container at 4°C for up to one (1) year. Use a fresh aliquot for each experiment.

Working Strength Stop/Wash Buffer is ready for use at the "APPLY STOP/WASH BUFFER" protocol step in The Complete ApopTag® Manual.
