Detection of human and mouse Src, phosphorylated on Tyr416, by immunoblotting. Samples: Whole cell lysate from serum-starved COLO 201 cells left untreated or treated with lambda phosphatase, immunoprecipitate from COLO 201 cells treated with lambda phosphatase, and immunoprecipitate from PDGF-treated NIH3T3 cells. Primary antibody: PhosphoDetect™ Anti-Src Family (pTyr416) Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. PK1109) (1:1000) (upper panel) and total anti-Src antibody (lower panel).
